Shenzhen Jingbang Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of PCB based in Shenzhen, China. Our parent company is HK IBE Group. With ten years of development, from a small scale printed circuit board company, JB grows into a first-class manufacturer that could provide HDI and SMT (surface mounting technology) service as one unit. JB exclusively offers OEM service to domestic and overseas high technology enterprises and companies.

JB was honored as an excellent supplier annually by many well-known companies both at home and abroad, and was defined as an outstanding private individual high technology enterprise by Shenzhen Scientific Technology Bureau. Simultaneously, our HDI, prototype, medium and batch quantity of PCB and SMT (PCBA) were highly appreciated by Shenzhen High Tech Item Program and we were approved to locate in the New High Tech Park in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

JB was ISO9001 certified in December, 2001, ISO14000 certified in May 2003 and UL approved in June, 2004. We are planning to apply for the GJB/Z9001A-2001 approval before 2008.

We had our own separate offices in Peking, shanghai and other domestic cities. Our business network extends far to Asia, Europe, America and Australia. With the cooperation with customers from Japanese, German and other developed countries, we have used international advanced technology and management system. Moreover, we have improved our technology from their high standard and strict quality requirements. The market system of JB is increasingly extending and scale of JB is expanding.

We have rich experience in manufacturing PCB. Our daily capacity of PCB is 1200 square meters and we can deliver SS and DS PCB sample within 24 hours, 4-8 layer PCB in 3-5 working days. For the batch quantity for double side PCB, the lead time is 3-5 working days and 4-8 layer PCB is 5-8 days. The quick and fast lead time stably ensures our customer of quick research speed to occupying the market.

For the convenience of better cooperating with our customers, we purchased and reestablished a SMT factory in 2005. By readjusting, rectifying and introducing into advanced management system, adding advanced high speed SMT machine, multifunctional SMT machine, 12 wet HAL lead free hot air reflow machine and ICT testing machine facilities, we ensure our customers with high quality, speedy SMT sample, prototype and medium batch quantity services. And we set special service such as high difficulty, high density IC Rework and IC soldering (such as BGA chip rework and soldering and BGA reballing).

We have imported the advanced machinery from the US, Japan, German and Israel to improve our production and technical ability. We have set a great example in the PCB field of flying probe testing. We have a highly developed R&D division which has helped our factory successfully produce mechanical microvia and high density impedance and HDI.
